I agree i would've thought the last PR would've gotten things going, but once the the contract is signed and confirmed. Thats the block buster deal/news that will get this moving very quickly much higher. As of now this is still a speculation play and i can understand peoples uncertainty that aren't familiar with how this works, once the deal is signed and people know how much $ they will be paid it will become a fundamental play meaning people can calculate the companies actual value, and that will be a great day for us if the contract is signed in that area of 800m - 1b.
