And remember that IDLM holds title to all of the material posted on Datpiff. Not sure if they are ever going to figure out how to monetize their library, but it is absurdly large and keeps growing. I proposed a streaming "radio station" that would play best of tracks from Datpiff. My understanding at one time was that they were way ahead of me on that. Obviously, nothing ever came of it. Perhaps they built it and never launched it? That seems to be Frasier's MO. Anyway, that library is an asset that probably by itself more than justifies the market cap of $3M.
Is anyone tracking that Pokemon v Pokellector lawsuit? It doesn't directly involve IDLM, because IDLM does not own Pokellector. However, it is owned by our intrepid CEO and the outcome could affect us. It would not be a bad thing for shareholders if Pokemon was able to seize Frasier's IDLM shares. Alternatively, Pokellector might win and Frasier might fold Pokellector into IDLM. Or, the suit might get resolved and that might allow Frasier to focus on other things (like shareholder communications). Or Pokemon might grab all of Frasier's cash, making him more amenable to selling his hAnyone have a pacer account? I have not been able to find any updates with google searches.
