So in reading some of the posts it appears that what some are looking for is an explanation of 42 hypothetical ways that increasing the available share COUNT (not ISSUED) could allow the company the flexibility to form/create/do deals/partnerships etc. to enable the move, this quantum physics/science/experiment forward (Electrons to Photons) into a commercial environment. Some fear I guess that in an effort to move from the lab to the market that they may foolishly give away those shares or fear that their motives are self serving or nefarious, myself, I don’t see it that way. After all we already know that they turned down a “bad deal”, crap we even think that they turned away Intel (or they turned us away) we already know that (for the past 5 years or so) they have managed the shares responsibly.

So for all of those that know better than this team on how to proceed going forward and are waiting on results what would you like to see ,,,, what R33, Voltage, Solubility, Cost, thickness, Temperature etc. and at what trade offs? I don’t know, I guess it’s just me but (even the micro frickin manager that I am), the science and structuring deals in this arena is totally above my pay grade. Apparently many here are far more experienced and well versed in Implementing/Out Smarting/Out Maneuvering/Guiding/Transforming etc. the market than the current gray matter we have working on this. Remember we are talking now talking Chemistry AND Devices.

To sum it up for all the F’in wizbang genius’s out there that know better than the Board as my Dad used to say, “Don’t cut off your nose to spite your face”

Oh I guess they could do it like Lumera or Gig did it back in the day, Keep that authorized shares the same and just reverse split it 1 for 8. I’m not saying that is even a remote possibility but what they have laid on the table for us to vote on could be worse. As for waiting, Good Lord above haven’t we had enough delays than to build in another?

What in the world do you think Lauro is doing out there, certainly it is not about making $50k a year. The options for the BOD, Advisors, Employees etc. are perfectly aligned with ours.

So yes I voted ‘For’ everything but I only hit them with 1 year on the last item.
