The 10-K had one more detail...


and that was that the shares that Meridian received in the deal account for about 15% of the equity of Mobile Science Technologies. So, if cConnects were to become the next big app and the powers that be were to value it at, say, $1B, then Meridian should be valued at at least $150M, thus driving value for Meridian shareholders. Not as much value as if Meridian still owned 100% of cConnects, obviously, but value nonetheless.
