No,I think once ( assuming) they sell, they are out for good. Also, Red Oak would have at least 30% voting power on any Corporate action, and for CCEL to have 30% voting they would have to buy 600 million more shares (20% + current10%) if the a/s is approved or more if they sell any or part of their current holdings. I think CCEL figured CBAI was easy pickings and couldn't fight them since CCEL has the resources to fight and CBAI doesn't. Now with Red Oak things have changed. Not saying CCEL is selling now( just a possibility), but I do believe sometime in the near future they will.
