How do you know the 5 million shares are not CCEL's. I do not know if they are or are not, just saying it is a possibility. They would not put up 85 million so to have an orderly market and not kill the price. Seeing an 85 million offer will probably panic the market on CBAI.I do not think they will keep it as an investment, that wasn't their intent. Their intent was to take control of CBAI. They are buying their own shares , in their eyes a better investment, or maybe taking CCEL private. These are just possibilities. To me they wouldn't keep CBAI as an investment, that's not the business they are in, investing in companies.
