Its probably one of the clan sitting at home or offshore in front of their computer in their underwear but instead of dumping into the bid like they normally do they are trying to make it look like the stock is about to go up by pecking away at the ask. They are doing it because people now ignore their stock and pr's after catching on to their games. So its probably nothing more than a desperate attempt to draw attention and rev up more volume so they can dump more shares. Notice how there is hardly ever meaningful bid support for this stock.
