I can't believe this I think that the SEC is terrified of YA don't know why just a gut. The PIPE business model is crooked but serves a purpose? Maybe the SEC doesn't want to go after YA because it was just a "penny" stock these don't need to be regulated in the "real world"? Everyone knows that penny stocks are just gambling companies not real or legit stocks?
