It would help ensure the passage of the authorized shares outstanding if Tom would get the device results out soon. I think everything hinges on the device results at this point. If the results are released the day of the meeting, there might be a question of if the increase in authorized shares will pass. The buying and voting yes enthusiasm has been muted by all the delays and partnership failures (no agreement with money = failure). As we approach the shareholder meeting with no data on the devices, this just becomes a gamble. I would sure hope after two delays, TZ would sand-bag the final deadline. I just counldn't imagine him missing deadlines like this in his previous position. Hate to even talk about it, but the management is "on the clock" after two delays and then turning around and setting a relatively short deadline. If the reason for the early meeting is to announce the results, great!! I can't imagine the meeting without the results. Everybody would be !@#$#@!. Sorry, Brass Tacks time.
