I don't understand why Intel would jerk LWLG around when LWLG potentially has the solution to many of Intel's near-term and long-term problems? Does Intel have the ability to see the big picture?

And why didn't Tom call for a special vote in the 2 to 3 months following the last ASM? Why wait until May 2015?
