6 months since the fluff LOI was announced and they don't have a term sheet signed?

Obviously, the financing isn't going to happen.

Bluefire will find someone else to print out another worthless "happy letter" to put a little cash flow into their stock selling survival mode.

Haven't heard from SucreSource in a while, might be time to trot that dead horse around the lobby again.
