I may have found the reason for the selloff recently.

Get ready for your hearts to sink. Look at the contract dated 3/25/15. The DHS and Border Control office is delaying their $6 million order. The completion date has been moved back until September. The good news is that it's not Virtra's fault. It looks like DHS hasn't gotten the facility built yet.
