I just emailed Dan on the matter of receiving stocks from niostar.

The expectation is the stock will be cross listed on the OTC so the same stock can be traded at either location.

I don't expect that any major brokerage is going to have a problem with a CNSX stock.

These type of transaction are all that out of the ordinary.

As we progress through the listing process we will be able to give a better idea of the particulars but I don't see it as a problem for investors.
