INOH increased the OS by 200 million today, it's been just a few days since the last increase.

An interesting number to note - 175 million shares traded in weighted average trade transactions in the last four days. On 4/8, 4/9, 4/13 there were multi-millions traded in 'W' trades, perhaps they took Friday off for golf.

Still Dilution from a block position - and it appears to be getting worse, not better.
