Just the debt alone is scary, but the list of expenses for 2014 is in my opinion, outrageous. Almost $46 million is listed as "Stock Based Compensation". That's not shares, that's a dollar amount. They gave away $115,000 to charity (the Calvary Chapel, the church the CEO is always talking about on his twitter page), about half of the entire sales revenue for the company for the year and ran up $500,000 in "Professional Fees".
Total Expenses for 2014 came to $47 million while only generating $245,000 in sales.
Yes, I'm glad I got out when I did too.
