My stockbroker thinks NNVC is worth Zero.

His observations: The $35 million in cash will be gone between payments to Diwan, Seymour, Theracour, etc. After 10 years of existence they have no clinical trials. They have the craziest corporate structure that to him looks like a rape of shareholders. In that kind of structure expect many more dilutions to shareholders, because management is not terribly effected nor concerned and may not be protective of outstanding shares. Expect future reverse splits. Management's actions and PR's mean to him that NNVC has no possible chance of having an approvable drug.

I cant wait for a HerpesCide PR about how it is 1000x more effective....LOL

The company strategy is whatever is trendy...

Frankly, it is difficult to see how this stock has a price of 2 bucks.
