There is a document filed with Nevada that claims the shares authorized has increased from 510 million to 3 Billion shares.

Shaun got Exobox reinstated as a Nevada corporation by stating under penalty of a felony charge that he was a duly elected board member of Exobox Technologies.

None of the shareholders voted for Shaun because there has not been a shareholder meeting and election of the BOD in 4 years and the last meeting in 2012 was not done properly.

It will be quite a mess to untangle when new management comes aboard.
