Most early stage biotechs try to "operate" in a manner that encourages the investment community to develop confidence in the company's leadership; but NOT these guys. They apparently know the science. However, when it comes to the business side of things, they are amateur hour all the way.

Seemed really odd to me too. It's so different from how things were handled a year ago. Leads me to believe that they're trying to focus on the the science and the trials(?) But really, seems like it should have been announced. It wasn't mentioned in recent presentations. Just seems kind of "seat of the pants". I don't have that much experience with biotech though so, maybe that's just how some operate.
