CVM sues for $50M plus.....

Inventiv counter sues for $20M...


Did Inventiv offer a $30M settlement with non-disclosure clauses and CVM turned it down since CVM have such a strong case??

What will happen if CVM can convince the arbitrator that Inventiv's counter suit should be dismissed...as previous Inventiv actions in the arbitration have already been dismissed by the Arbitrator...it appears that Inventiv is backed against a wall...only issue is that CVM is low on cash...this all appears to be pressure tactics with the intention of settlement in favor of either side...
