Timing is everything.

Our concentrated efforts to close and announce the details of our largest transaction to date are near fruition for all parties. We met again with Mr. Slywin Grinman while in Miami and could not be more pleased with our combined determination for the success of BeautyJect. We are managing many moving parts to complete this transaction and could not finish last week. I will be immediately releasing the details as soon as we are collectively given the thumbs up from the attorneys from both sides.

Our Green Rushers team is still growing and after a week in Miami solid groundwork has been laid for the first of many exciting episodes. We met with our soon to be announced underwriting sponsor and interviewed new talent. Following these meetings I then flew into Los Angeles to take a meeting with the head of one of the largest independent studios. They have approached us to partner on our revolutionary endeavor to change the entertainment space and deliver a valuable platform for the Cannabis industry to advertise on. Joined together we will become a very powerful content producer with ultimate authority.

This week will be very important as we wrap the deal with BeautyJect, solidify new partners with our current production of Green Rushers and bring on new talent and human resources to the Verde machine.
