Hey, the US being in control does not necessarily make the situation better. I certainly hope for a breakout as I am fairly heavily invested in the oil industry. In fact I went to listen to a guy yesterday discussing MLP's.
Eventually prices will come back up, but that doesn't mean we won't see a retracement soon and possibly even lower prices.
Being in Texas, we tend to see a lot of what's going on.
