SAN DIEGO, Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mind Solutions, Inc. (OTC: VOIS), is providing future direction for the benefit of shareholders to understand where the Company is headed. The Company has been in a R&D phase for the past year and with the completion of the micro BCI device now realized, the Company is excited to enter the sales and marketing phase.

The Company is now completing final testing of electronic components being provided by our supplier and plans to begin the tooling and manufacturing of the BCI device for world-wide distribution. This process should take approximately 12 weeks to complete. During this time, Mind Solutions will gear up for the product launch, which will be assisted with traditional marketing, social media, high-quality videos and a proactive PR campaign.

Joe Abrams, co-founder of MYSPACE parent company, has been appointed to the Company's Advisory Board and plans to assist greatly in the distribution of the product. With plans to sell the micro BCI device in China, India and Europe, the Company will begin meetings with these distribution channels now that the product is close to being delivered.

The Company does not have any plans to reverse split the common stock. The capital needed to complete the world's smallest BCI device enabled the Company to finish the product. It is now the goal of the Company to reach profitability through the sales of the BCI device and reduce/eliminate the need for additional financing going forward.
