I have been doing some research on PLAYBOY ENTERPRISES INTERNATIONAL Board of Directors. It is clear to me that Scott Flanders will find a buyer for Playboy, such as the Blackstone Group, such as he has done in the past.

I have sent news that HW discovered related to the law suit of the former controller to our attorneys to establish prior underhanded improprieties of Scott Flanders.

However my money is on Christopher Pachler, CFO, who was with Sony Pictures International Division as CFO. he appears to me to be reasonable man which is what is needed here. It is people like Mr. Pachler who will bring common sense back to the table and will lead a reasonable settlement for both parties.

If you visit PBI website you will see a lot of positive news related to new branding and such partnering with Bally Gaming And Pit Bull on the entertainment side. If we could get back in a positive relationship here, this could be huge for PBED and Circ
