1) The renewal of the TTA has become automatic, but subject to renegotiation if either party wishes to ammend.

2) Only if it WERE NOT renewed, or if it were ammended, would it become a material event and have to be publicly filed to SEC within, I believe, 4 business days.

3) As it stands, and has occurred on every renewal heretofore, ceteris paribus, the renewal will be stated in the 1Q10Q SEC FILING, which will be sometime around May 10, 2015.

Bottom line: Nothing at all has indicated there will not be a renewal.


PS to PaytheJuice: The correct Spanish is DE NADA. However your statement, mis-spelled or not, is CORRECT (details above).
