We will agree to disagree. I do respect your opinion. They do need to have a master grower. From there it's just labor. Keep in mind it's in a indoor facilities. There is no outside elements to effect the plants. Everything is computer controlled and on a timer from the lamps, sprinklers and cameras. All that needs to be done is trim and clip the buds. It's really that simple.
