Yes actually they would.

Saves time and money. SEC just wants to take care of business. And possibly leave the more serious stuff to the DOJ, and others to mop up.

Smart actually. Cost-effective and efficient.



I heard the insiders are trying to plea for a deal but the SEC brought in the heavy hitter to make sure they make an example of TECO insiders.



So brining in a more experienced attorney with decades of putting people in prison and most likely draws a greater salary to make an example out of individuals charged in a civil suit actaully saves money and is more cost efficient ? Hmmmmmmmmm ! MORE SEC BULLSHIT
