They call it death spiral financing for a reason.

Apparently at 2.69 they issued 571,000 shares to pay (Dr B) the coupon on $6mm Series B 8%
Convertible debentures.

And...those 571,000 shares were apparently issued at a 69% discount to that previously current market value.

Not sure if these numbers are exact. Maybe LR can help with the math here?

I've seen this done to the point where it becomes a sub, sub penny stock.
