I'm figuring a lot of institutions may be exiting before the quarter end (March 31) so the stock will not show as one of their holdings for the quarter. And then institutional money may pour in starting in April for a rebound play.

This is just my hypothesis... not sure if it will play out, but it's not unlikely given the amount of "window dressing" these funds do before the quarterly period ends.....
