Why would they want to buy shares when they can, and have, issued preferred shares with special voting rights to themselves - now comes the best part- for FREE !

Oh, I know, to show their support for the stock. Well IMO, it's not the way the game is played here.

The proper think to do, is what you state. Have 'Heads I Win, Tails you Lose' Diwan, invest in the shares that his own sale spree of NNVC stock caused a 50% collapse of share value.
If you think he will do it, I also got a bridge....

Not at all...Diwan sold MILLIONS worth of his stock to build the plant and then "WE" the shareholders through NNVC bought the plant from him! Where is the money that Diwan and Vyas have from selling the plant back to the shareholders?

That is something that I personally have been waiting for and very discouraged not to see that happen.

Com'on Dr. Diwan and VYAS, if you believe as much as Seymour say's that you do, it is time to step up to the plate and put that money from the sale right back into the Company. You're early investors have suffered way too long while it appears that you could care less!
