We love the Gulf beaches too......sugar-white sand all the way from Ft. Myers to Pensacola! Usually head to St. Pete Beach or Treasure Island or Indian Rocks Beach because I live only an hour away! Used to live in the Panhandle and my fave up there is Navarre Beach.........you can walk on white sand all the way to Ft. Walton Beach..about 30 miles .........most of the way, no condos, hotels or people because the gov't owns the property!

BTW, my promise is still good: When VGPR makes us some real money (like reaches pennyland and OTCQB status, I am throwing a Vega Beach Bash on St. Pete Beach for all the long suffering shareholders! Shrimp, clams, BBQ ribs, cold beer etc.! Sorry, you have to provide your own females!
