6) Garners $40 million in Funding for ART trials from LPC.

7) Adds 3 top executive positions including the previous IP lawyer from Alpharma and Sanofi Aventis.

8) Receives FDA guidance for Elite's Phase III efficacy trail for Eli 200 and has currently completed its Phase 3 withdrawal study.

9) Been approved for their Micro Tablet Patent which Elie will combine with its patented abuse resistat technology.
