SwingPlaya: Proceeds from recent sales have gone to pay off debt, mostly, I believe, to the company which manufactures the KDS and has worked closely with FASC for many years. It has been reported for a while now that just one more sale will provide enough cash flow to get the auditors in house and get those reports filed with the SEC.

A poster here has indicated that it might be happening very soon.
