The current state of the company as has been said a zillion times really makes no sense and would have been so easy to have been prevented.
If 6 months ago cost cutting had been enacted with a clear enunciation of the companies financial position and how the company was going to get to drilling it would have made a huge difference in creating market confidence that Ntephe had even a clue what he was doing.
Also if any toxic financing was going to be required the amount and timing should have been presented to shareholders as opposed to attempting to fool the market by keeping it as buried as much as possible. In the final analysis Peter, as smart as you think you are all the obfuscation in the world is not going to fool the market !
So even minimalist leadership by Peter Ntephe could easily have seen your share holdings be worth a 100 times more than they currently stand at.
Its clearly the difference between good and very poor management ! 100X .
