Pretty much every penny stock has dilution taking place and/or block sellers, but they still run for big gains all the time... especially when the technicals and story converge.

The key is the amount of volume trading hands. If there is weak volume it takes a long time to churn through it, if there is strong volume, it happens fast...

VOIS is one of the highest $$ volume stocks under .01, it wont take long and we wont have to worry about this note at higher levels, where it would take a lot more cash to absorb it... This is the biggest note ($100,000) they have outstanding.

If one is fearful of dilution they shouldn't be trading penny stocks. They all dilute, thats why they go public... There is more to analyzing a stocks gain potential than just looking at the dilution. They will be done soon and the news/events will continue to unfold.
