#3 Processing Unit only ran during January 2014, and then was shut down and remained down through 12/31/14. Neither #1 nor #2 Processing Unit was operated at any time in 2014. The entire plant remained shut down for the rest of 2014 for business reasons.

They've been out of business for 15 months. Just need to run the clock out a few more months and then their victims will have no recourse and they can go about their lives as new millionaires. Bordynuik must chuckle when he thinks about the people who actually believed him. He's so much smarter than them!
