"Charts really help me weed through the BS out here."???
Problem is, of course, is that no one has any way of VERIFYING the results off most posters' CLAIMS about the profitability of chart reading.
That then leaves one with the REALITY of the underlying stock which -- in this case -- is an effectively bankrupt company that has been disowned by the inventor of its product, is being sued by the manufacturer of its product, is being sued by its former sales manager, already has liens against EVERYTHING of value, and has been trying to sell a medical device that practically NO ONE wants because practically EVERYONE recognizes it for what it REALLY is -- a QUACK medical device.
Add to that the expectation that any day now somebody is bound to find the corpse of Conrad (aka "Bullteat") SOMEWHERE and there isn't much inspiration for a REAL rally.
"...if the GSA/Military come in with a contract..."??? Of course, the GSA "contract was SUPPOSED to have been announced over three MONTHS ago -- wasn't it? And WHEN was the last time the military purchased any? For that matter, between the liens and the lawsuits, who knows if CTTC is even ALLOWED to sell any more?
