There is nobody left to invest into LVVV that hasnt already been tapped and led BH to toxic funding as his only resort. Do you really think reregistering shares will allow BH to raise enough money under the new RegA to build LVVV? No, hes proven incapable regardless of capital.

Who will invest in this RegA? Nobody but strangers like the plumbers assistant or neighborhood barber which will amount to peanuts and you know it.

However, I know your angle here. Youre itchy to get a few hundred thou from social media and adia investors to give you a paid position to operate your companies. However, explain how longtime ADIA shareholders will ever be made whole?? Not a chance
