If what was gathered from the report is authentic, then the covenant with the "Safe Harbor Act" is broken, whereas this act doesn't protect fraud!
Nor can this "Kind" of fraud be hidden under the broad strokes of the Safe Harbor Act's language!
Which leaves them wide open for a class action lawsuit filed against them.
The effected shareholders can GET BACK their vested interests plus damages and the fraudsters will be facing serious jail time!
