No False!! Buy on rumor sell on news is the saying!!
And this is exactly what they want you doing.
You buying on the rumor of early retirement and then getting a flood of 0001 or less on the news.

they buy if the company has a great product, financing, nich in the market, patents, price, profits, and etc. PYCT has most of these items. Buying on news is used by flippers.
