I am NOT "jumping all over the difference in sampling as a mistake." I am criticizing the deliberate decision by management NOT to inform their fellow investors that the Cohort 2 protocols were changed. That decision was not a "mistake". It was a deliberate decision that makes it clear how little respect they have for minority shareholders. And that IMO speaks to their integrity or rather to the lack thereof...

I will never again read a PR or listen to Traber (or Czirr) on a conference call, that I don't immediately ask myself, "OK, what information did they withhold this time?" I hate feelng this way. But by their actions, they have earned my mistrust.

I think they made a mistake in pre-announcing the release of the Cohort 2 data but never would consider that they intentionally misled shareholders. You are jumping all over the difference in sampling as a mistake that was a management 'plot' when it was just a change in sampling. - biotech2010
