Allen, I agree with @Toolfuzzy. I have seen many small cap stocks half, and then half, and then half again ... I wouldn't be surprised at all to see EGY at 2.5 (a 75% drop from a high of ~10). IMO, there is tons of tax loss selling that professional managers might have to do this year, esp. if they have tons of capital gains to offset against, say, healthcare and biotech major wins. But who knows?

How much cash reserve have you allocated to your EGY AIM program? if you strongly feel the stock did indeed bottom, and if you AIM stocks individually that is, then perhaps one can use a low cash reserve that is enough for one or two buys at most. That would cover a 15%-20% drop.

I am personally using 50% cash reserve, but I started my EGY program at much higher prices. There still enough cash for a few more adds.
