Well the form 4 is for transactions on the 24th so it was still in the $2 range, but sometimes I this it's like a fair value buy. They may buy why it's low but they buy above ask because it's an insider buying like share buy back. But never the less they still think there is value here and so do I. A failed phase II results is not the end of the world, I know I have been in on a few company's that come back make a change and get great results and soar above their previous high. Not saying that will happen here but there is a chance.
