Yes, but this is the OTC, stocks move 100-200-300%- all the time just on potential/rumors alone, thats the wildcard with these...and the potential here is a multi-billion dollar oil company with an O/S= ~~200 million trading at a market cap currently of around 20 million USD.....

The Shareholders/bondholders on the Forest Oil Side voted in the merger (majority vote), the litigation is on the details, we'll see what happens...this is a real company, with real revenues...thats very important to me in the OTC....GLTY....
