Well I got my proxy vote papers in the mail today. I voted AGAINST the reverse split. That's 30,000,000 million shares that Iehab can't count on to help fund his $500 K salary. When your company is struggling especially in a legal dispute as this, his salary should have been slashed until things started getting better again. I still see a HUGE settlement/judgement coming, one way or the other this will be over soon. I hope Iehab follows through with his contingency plan he told me about because CIRC can still be successful.
