It seems to me that if that was the case, it would have happened already, they were on the verge of it years ago, although I can see how it is possible and can think of many scenarios that would make it so, why proceed with all the things they have been doing only to have to take that action. JMHO

Speculation sucks.

I took your reply to me on the 22nd as positive, I would still like to think it was meant to be positive but can read it both ways.
