I've previously discussed Phipps' association with Robert Sensi. One of the first things Phipps did when he recently moved his GTC assets to Orbital Tracking Corp was to sign a new "consulting" gig with "SpaceTAO LLC" and one "Stefano Robert Sensi Davenport." Recent court documents show that "Stefano Sensi Davenport" is just another alias used by Robert Sensi. SpaceTAO LLC was set up by Sensi back when Phipps and GTC were feigning interest in the SKYSAT and Phipps was receiving "consulting" gigs from Sanswire to "develop" the STS-111. Phipps has also used Sensi's brother to funnel millions of shareholder funds from another OTC ticker for work that was never done.

Here's an article from last week that talks about Sensi's recent troubles with another fraudulent "consulting" scam.

" How strange were things in the universe of WCM777, an MLM “program” accused by the SEC last year of pulling off an $80 million, cross-border Ponzi swindle?

Would you believe that a former CIA operative with two felony convictions ended up on the payroll?

Robert Sensi, the former operative, received $403,000 from companies linked to WCM777, according to an amended lawsuit filed against Sensi in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Court records or published reports from the past two decades show that Sensi has been sentenced to prison twice — once for stealing millions of dollars from Kuwait Airways, a second time for a “Nigerian letters” scam in which a German businessman was swindled."
