I'm not sure but I think they have until May 5th to meet the requirements and if they don't meet them they can still apply for another 6 month extension.
I think I read it in the latest 10k. I was surprised when I saw that. I think they're going to split anyway, they have a history of splitting, so why wouldn't they again?
Either way this is a bad trade. They need some new angle to pump this, but that probably won't happen until after the split.
Done with $WPCS for now.
