Unfortunately only got his voicemail.......maybe I'm on the do not answer list now, LOL!!! I will keep trying daily to get a hold of him.

I went back to SEC website and looked again at their filing page (See below). It looks like they filed again today, so our lame company and lawyer still can't seem to finalize docs - MF'er! According to Norman there was only one question left remaining on other filing....what's the deal, why can't this just be done?
