$RITE Companies normally do not announce an 8-k that they are switching accountants for no reason, something is going on behind the scenes more than likely to obtain a new one. Also, filings late, so there may be some subsequent events that they may be putting out as well as a possible PR. This is definitely a lotto pick that could yield some winning$ if everything comes out right, the ask is not too bad, I've seen worse let's just put it that way. GLTA here
