Used to be "certain" that funding news would pop TDCP share price.

That was the entire reason for me holding on to a 1/3 position in TDCP. I'm still confident there will be a share price increase with funding news, but I am not sure it will be as great an increase as I first expected. A lesser price pop will likely be because of the much greater number of shares I expect to be outstanding AND the relatively small amount of funding dollars I expect to be awarded for a Phase 1 project.
